I had phone and in person interviews. The phone interview was with one of their senior technical staff. The in person interviews were with a variety of technical and managerial staff. The discussions with management and technical staff were pretty informative and I felt like we were able to spent quite a bit of time discussing the details of the job and not spending time on fluffy "do you know X or Y" kinds of questions. I even learned a new Unix command (tac).
