I had 4ish Stages to the interview proccess, 1st interview, Project, 2nd Interview to discuss the project, and then an in-person 2 day workshop in Billund Denmark. The workshop was a all paid for trip by the LEGO Group. Very memorable experience.

The hiring manager is nice and make it clear about the recruitment procedure. I had two rounds, first with the hiring manager, second time with two designers on the team.
