I had an amazing experience interviewing with the LEGO Group. There was continuous communication and updates throughout the entire process- which was lengthy, but that was clearly communicated upfront. Everyone I met was incredibly kind and gave me the impression that they truly enjoy working there and foster a great culture. The first round was with a recruiter, covering a general introduction and background questions. I received a great first impression of the company and culture right from the start. The second interview was with the Hiring Manager, diving into the details of my experience and role-related skills. The third round was a panel interview involving a case study presentation. I was given the brief in advance with enough time to prepare and clear guidance on what was expected. This was followed by an insightful discussion that felt more like a collaborative team conversation than a harsh interview. While the questions were challenging, they were asked in a very empathetic way. I was given a clear timeline for the next steps, which the team stuck to. It is an intense process, but absolutely worth it.

The interview process was conducted in several rounds of interviews including a take home case exercise, for which I had several days to prepare it. It was always extremely friendly, personal and efficient :)
