I was taken to the food court area of the mall by the store manager for a brief meeting (no more than 10 minutes) where I was asked a number of questions, and was then provided with the opportunity to ask questions of my own, of which I had several - questions about the company, the culture, etc.

Sat down and discussed what the role entails, a background of the store itself and what average hours looked like. Then went into further questions about my qualifications and how it would be beneficial to the store.
