I went through 3 rounds of interview. Each round take around 2 hours. The process is very long, drag 3 months .They more care about whether you can culture fit or not.

I find that their process is very structured. I submitted my application maybe a few hours after seeing their job post on LinkedIn. Then I heard back the next working day. You’ll get notified via email if you’re shortlisted with links where you can choose time/date for your first interview, name of interviewer, interview tips and the overall interview process. They are very responsive to emails and also they will send you a thank you note literally less than an hour after your interview and give clear timeline on where you will hear back from them
