Process for me was 3 interviews. - First one was with one manager. Preliminary to get to know me and see if I was a good fit for them and them a good fit for me. - Second. I was given a tech test to solve beforehand. The interview was about my solution and the decisions I made. Also many other questions about the tech stack I was gonna use within my role. - Third one. Final stage with Manager and a Scrum master. The questions were behavioural and team related.

- Tell me about a problem you had and how you solved it. - How would you manage a conflict. That kind of stuff. The technical interview was about my specific tech stack. I had to solve a case scenario and afterwards comment the solution explaining the reasons I went one way or another.
The process begins with submitting an application, after which qualified candidates are contacted and invited to attend an in-person interview conducted at the specific store location where the final hiring decision will ultimately be made

When I had my interview the process started with an initial call with recruiter, then call with Engineering Manager where you get a take home project, then another call to discuss decisions made in your take project and finally a behavioural.

Booring . As a former Lego employee (part time), if the interview calls for it, be sure to bring up your passion for the brand. Themes you like, how you build, a set you desire. Most of your time will be wandering the sales floor answering questions and interacting with customers. I guarantee the manager is looking for someone who knows the stuff on the shelves and is personally invested in it.
