I Applied online through Lego Careers website for the store in Downtown Disney.
Got a call about a week later asking to attend an interview.
The interview was laid back. The interviewer tried to keep it as relaxed as possible and ask questions about things other than my job qualifications and past experiences.

What would you do if you saw one of the children not following the rules at the Lego Building Station?

Everyone there was very welcoming and relaxed, easy to talk to. Overall very friendly atmosphere. Asked around six questions, had the manager and assistant manager present for the interview too.

Before my interview they asked me to pick out a set on the shop floor that I felt represented me in some way.
Usual interview questions then selling a set and identifying needs of mock client to try sell a set. Had online screening questions initially that were fairly easy. Received callback for interview on same day that wanted to conduct interview

Really enjoyable interview process. The management team was great and explained the role, duties, expectations, and salary in detail. Was very impressed by their professionalism and care towards their employees
