Entrevista
I initially applied for the position and had my first screening interview approximately 15 days later. Three weeks after that, I was invited to a second interview and given a case study project to work on. A couple of weeks later, I presented the proposal, followed by an invitation to attend an in-person workshop after another few weeks.
Following the workshop, there was a prolonged period of silence and finally got the offer

It was a bit long process but I had a really good guiding and support from the LEGO group.

Entrevista
Thorough 3 round interview. Starts with check with HR, second round is which designers who already do the job. Last interview mainly consist of presentation of given problem. It was lengthy but great experience after all.

Entrevista
An initial phone call from a recruiter to assess fit for the role and alignment with company ethos followed by a Zoom interview. The structure felt a bit clunky and I had to ask many questions to be told basic information regarding the framework of the recruitment process.
