Second round was a 60‑minute technical skill‑based interview with the hiring director and a manager. This round was the most intense. Best advice is to read the job ad and link your skills closely to each area. Third round was a case; you get to present to the hiring manager and a board of team members, followed by a discussion. This round was pleasant and personal, and you get feedback and questions along the way. The overall process was long and time consuming. The recruiter seemed surprised—and a bit condescending—when I stated my asking salary, even though it was below the market rate, simply because it was still 20% higher than my current salary. Meanwhile, I was also interviewing elsewhere and ultimately received a significantly higher offer.
