i applied through a recruiter, and the process took almost a month there was an online test by the recruiter, that took about 2 hours and afterwards a 'one-day' test from think-cell. i could pick any day for the test, but once started it had to be completed in max 9h. the task is mostly stl based, not very difficult but requires handling of a lot of edge cases. after about 2 days i got a positive response about my solution and i was asked for another interview, this time on the phone with their tech lead, it was supposed to take 2-4 hours. They scheduled the interview only about 3 weeks later, very busy guys.. Anyway, the day came, i had to install a team viewer, so the guy could see my pc screen and asked to implement a solution and send it to the guy via email, after which the guy would call me back and discuss the solution. The problem was not hard at all, but the guy was very vague about it, and even seemed a little annoyed when i wanted to clarify it. Overall i spoke to the guy 4 times and overall maybe 2 min in total on the phone, he acted like he was really out of time. After this i got a negative feedback, but.. after the last interview, i'm not sure i would have pursued this job even if i got the offer.

After spending hours to do a test - they reject the application without even bothering providing feedback (and that despite the fact the test was well done and passing all the tests) - that is not a professional behavior and lacks respect for the time people invest in the process.
