I had one interview. The interview itself was fine, but when I tried to follow up when I had not heard anything I was ghosted which made it a negative experience. At least tell me you are not wanting to move on, I’m not going to be mad or rude.

Entrevista
First did phone screen then was asked to complete a takehome exercise after moving on to next steps. I went for an in person consisting of a 3 part casual panel-style interview meeting with UX/UI designers, then what seem like their highest degreed developer who mostly asked whiteboard coding questions, then lastly with the team of iOS Developers & the President asking more specific skill-related questions

Entrevista
Got in via recruiter, basic phone screen with some team members about past projects, give a historical synopsis. Got to go onsite and met with various members of technical staff and management.

Some white-boarding, describe how you would build some various UIs for a mobile device. Noting out of the ordinary. Got to meet a wide cross-section of the company so you can gauge level of fit across the organization. I got a portfolio overview of their work and got to ask a lot of questions how the business is run, client engagements.
