Very long process ( 6months+). I had various skype interviews, first HR, then technical, then the CTO. The feedback was good. After 2-3 months I asked what is the status and they invited me to Dusseldorf, they paid for the plane ticket. I had a 4-5 hours in 3 sessions of interviews, again with the tech team, with a Scrum master and the CTO. All good, but another 2 months passed. Then again a discussion with the Scrum master over the phone and then some more time. When I asked again, they had passed the decision to an associate, then back to the CTO. Finally they made an offer, but it was under what I asked in the first discussions so I refused. A little messy.
