I got a call from their counsellor to have a demo class with her senior executive to get more details about the training in a zoom call. Before starting the demo class she asked me a few questions and then told me about the training. After the demo class I asked her about the interview and selection process and she told me that this was a interview only and I am selected. I didn't understand that how can someone get selected in a interview with just basic questions.

The interview process was very simple and smooth. I was asked my education qualification and my reason to choose this job. After tht a training will be provided for 1 month and evaluations of the training are the interview only
