My experience interviewing with vivenu was frustrating and ultimately disappointing. The process has remained “active” for over three months, with little to no communication. While I understand hiring can take time, the lack of transparency made it feel disorganized and inconsiderate of candidates’ time. As part of the process, I was asked to complete an assignment to present with a three day turnaround. While it was positioned as something quick, it realistically required 6-8 hours of work. After 2 weeks of silence I reached out to the recruiter who said they have other presentations, and still 2 weeks after that, no communication.
