I have to say that after going through the whole process, this company has really put a lot of effort and time into finding the right candidate and cultural fit to develop a long term career with them. The recruiter was very responsive and flexible. I will suggest future candidates be patient as they are hiring a lot of positions at the same time, but also do not hesitate to contact them for follow-ups.
There were four rounds of interviews in total. The whole process lasted for six weeks.
The first interview was a phone call with the HR, which provided with a very informative outline of the whole process, which I found very useful as I was able to prepare enough for all the following interviews.
Round two was a video chat with the head of Business Operations, this was an experienced-based interview, which would ask a lot of technical questions regarding their products and technology.
The most challenging one was the third interview, an onsite interview in the form of a sales presentation, Q&A and one-to-one interview with managers. I really enjoyed the whole process and was able to have a tour of the office and have a bit of taste of their company culture. The final one was a video interview with the COO.
If you are really passionate about their technology and the company, you will definitely find the whole process quite enjoyable!

The interview process moved at a good pace and included around 5 interviews, starting with HR and ending with the CEO.
I really liked how involved the top management were in the recruitment process. I even made a point of saying to the Chief of Ops how much I appreciated the time he had clearly taken to look into my background and previous experience in preparation for the interview.
The questions were all very relevant and if you really like what they are doing, the interviews themselves were actually enjoyable.
My feeling throughout the recruitment process was that there was a huge human factor involved, and that the company as a whole puts a lot of effort into making sure they are taking on the right people, not just the right CV. Since I didn't have a standard background, this was important to me.
