Interviewed with an associate principle of the firm and a senior associate. The interview was a pretty standard in office portfolio review. I was told a bit about how the firm was organized. Unfortunately, it was not clear from the position description what kind of projects each studio (there are multiple in the office) was hiring for. Was a bit caught of guard when I was told that the project type I thought I would be working on was in a different studio. Despite this both the interviewers were lovely and seemed genuinely interested in the conversation.

The interviewer joined the meeting late without any advance communication. Although the discussion was professional and helpful, a brief update about the delay would have made the interview process feel more organized and respectful of the candidate's time.
