We understand how valuable feedback is. Our approach is to provide meaningful feedback that helps candidates grow. However, for early-stage screenings, especially when they focus on fundamental technical and product questions, we’ve found that simply stating which answers were incorrect isn’t as helpful as deeper, more constructive feedback, which we prioritise in later interview stages. For those later stages, we do offer feedback calls to ensure candidates receive insights that can help their development.
Regarding the job posting, platforms like LinkedIn automatically scrape our listings, which means roles can appear online at different times outside our control. We completely understand how that might have looked, but we want to reassure you that we’ve been actively hiring for this position since late 2024 and have already welcomed multiple new team members into similar roles.
