They insisted on having a live trial day in Jena, and it took them over two months to find a suitable time slot. After that, they sent very opinionated and somewhat personal feedback, saying “hat nicht zwischenmenschlich gepasst,” and they still haven’t reimbursed the money spent on train tickets, even though they promised to do so.
