BitGo Recruiter conducted a phone interview with me and strongly stated that my experience on my resume was exactly what they are working for within their organization. I had an on-site interview with two team members. The interviewers are strong gatekeepers and demonstrated that they are part of the problem of poor company culture within their organization. The interviewers spoke poorly about their team members during the interview, provided unnecessary and gatekeeping testing and tactics, and deferred from important questions regarding my experience. I remain excited and positive during the interview but I knew I wasn't going to get a fair shot for various reasons that leadership needs to be notified. I never heard from them until I followed up with the recruiter and then the recruiter backpedaled and stated that they were going to look for someone with experience within the role even though my experience exceeded expectations for the role.
