AlloSource made about 120 Valentine’s Day cards for the residents and employees at an assisted living and memory center and delivered them today. Watching those residents light up when they opened each card was honestly one of the sweetest things we’ve seen. Big smiles, surprised gasps, and a few happy tears. AlloSource employees turned a simple card into a whole lot of joy!

AlloSource recently held an Extreme Ownership event with our staff. We all enjoyed the time, engagement, and thoughtful participation! We gained additional insights to empower us to put our targeted EO concepts into practice - Commander’s Intent, Collaborate and Advance, Check Your Ego, Prioritize and Execute, Decentralized Command. All the great activities made the event a success and we look forward to continuing this “Extreme Ownership” journey together.

At AlloSource, we strive to pioneer new ways to expand on benefits for our employees. Over ten years ago, we opened an on-site primary care clinic for our team and their dependents. Over five years ago, we introduced the Student Loan Repayment program, allowing employees with existing student loans to apply for an additional monthly payoff stipend. At the time, only 4% of organizations nationwide had offered something similar. This year, we have expanded our on-site primary care to also include the use of any of Marathon Health’s off-site clinics nationwide. At the end of January, AlloSource will be launching an earned wage access benefit so employees can access their wages before payday for unexpected expenses. Innovation is at the heart of AlloSource; not only in finding new ways to help patients heal, but also in finding new ways to expand on our robust benefits package for our team.
