We’ve built an Inclusion Passport—a personalised app to support our people with long-term health conditions, disabilities, or neurodiversity. What does it do? The Inclusion Passport app securely holds details about any reasonable adjustments or support a colleague needs. If they move teams, start a new role, or attend internal training, their new manager or supporting teams across our People, Culture & Environment Community can access the details. This takes away the need to explain their needs over and over again. This is another step to make our workplace as inclusive, accessible, and supportive as possible. Thanks to Mandip Jhaj, Holly Redman, Mohammed Benkhalil, Ian Hawkins and Rebecca Roberts for launching this new initiative and sharing it with our colleagues! 💜
In 2024, our product teams worked on new products and enhancements that empower car buyers and sellers to make informed decisions. It's time to reflect on some of our key achievements and celebrate the amazing work of our people.
Exciting news—we're on the move! 📦 Our head office will be relocating to the cutting-edge facilities at No. 3 Circle Square. To continue to grow, we not only need more space to house our rapidly expanding data and technology teams, but also state-of-the-art facilities which can support their pace of innovation and ambition. We also need a space where we can welcome the wider automotive ecosystem, our partners, customers and peers to share data, insights and work collaboratively. The relocation of our head office to Circle Square within the heart of Manchester’s thriving tech community will help us to deliver this growth, and it reaffirms our unwavering commitment to the city.” You can find all the details through the link in the comments 🔗
We’re incredibly proud to announce that we’ve been named number 6 at the Inclusive Top 50 Employer (IT50) awards with Inclusive Companies. Over the past year, people from across our business have come together to help us take the next step in our inclusion journey. We've made great progress through our Inclusive Culture Development Programmes, recruitment processes, and people policies. We’ve also seen our fantastic employee networks continue to raise awareness and celebrate colleagues across the business. We want to applaud the people and groups that have dedicated so much time to making this happen: our People & Culture team, Employee Networks, and community and charity partnerships. While we know there’s still more work to do, we’re proud to celebrate our place in the IT50. Congratulations to all the other participating organisations for their dedication and hard work—it’s inspiring to see all the progress being made.
