Our Talent team has been busy working at career fairs across Nebraska and Iowa searching for top talent for our Software Engineering Internship taking place this summer. We've met hundreds of the brightest minds in the Midwest and are thrilled about the skill this summer's interns will bring us.
This week, we welcomed dozens of our customers to our headquarters in Omaha, NE for Buildertrend University (BTU). During this incredible 2-day event, we have the opportunity to learn more about the people and companies that use our product while they learn best practices on running our software and their business

Last week, 25 of our developers and 3 folks from our People team headed out of town for the Kansas City Developer's Conference. Our development team attended informative sessions aimed at further expanding their knowledge while our People team members chatted with 100s of developers about what it's like to work for Buildertrend!
This weekend, our people were invited to enjoy some amazing music at Omaha's MAHA festival. They were able to take time to kick back and relax while getting to know each other outside of work.

Last week, we celebrated with our Beyond the b week! Our people enjoyed games, chair massages, therapy dogs and food, with our Blue Crew leading the charge. We wrapped it all up with our tri-annual town hall meeting.
Tuesday, we welcomed our 21 summer development interns. During their tenure, they'll learn our tech stack and have the opportunity work directly in our product.
Last weekend, we invited our people to bring their families to the office for a fun-filled block party. Employees were met with a mechanical bull, bounce houses, carnival games, food, face painting, a balloon artist and more!
