Castleton Commodities International LLC Completes Renewal of Credit Facilities Totaling Over $2.1 Billion

Kerr County, Texas experienced devastating and unprecedented flooding caused by rapid and heavy rainfall, resulting in the tragic loss of life and significant damage to homes, infrastructure, and the surrounding community. While rescue and recovery missions remain ongoing, many residents have been displaced and are in urgent need of support. In response, the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country has established a Flood Relief Fund to assist with recovery and rebuilding efforts. To amplify the impact of employee contributions, CCI will match all donations to support the ongoing relief efforts. CCI recognizes this is an incredibly difficult time for those with ties to the area, and our thoughts are with all who have been affected. CCI is united in our commitment to stand with communities in crisis.

Learning & Development is at the heart of CCI. We pride ourselves on being innovative and curious thinkers, constantly seeking to learn more and grow our scope of knowledge. Our Continued Learning Monthly Educational Series provides our employees with the opportunity to hear from internal subject matter experts on what they know and do best. Over 220 employees globally attended last week's session on our new US Physical Power group.

As part of CCI's ongoing commitment to support local communities, our London office donated nearly 70 chocolate eggs to the Access Self Storage Easter Egg campaign in partnership with The Felix Project and FareShare, charities who are very active in fighting hunger and food waste. Together, we helped fill a completely empty storage unit with nearly 8,000 eggs for distribution to those in need. Huge thanks to everyone from the team who participated!

Your commitment to giving back embodies the true spirit of this special month. CCI is deeply engaged in making a difference in our communities, whether it's through supporting local initiatives, championing important causes, or lending a helping hand where it's needed most. This month, our Houston team members partnered with Kids' Meals, Inc., an organization dedicated to providing meals to Houston's children aged 5 and under facing debilitating hunger due to extreme poverty.
