Centerstone’s Clarksville Walk-In Clinic opened its doors last month, expanding access to immediate mental health care in the community. This new facility, located at 812 Greenwood Ave in Clarksville, TN, is open 24/7 and operates similarly to an urgent care or emergency room, providing immediate access to critical mental health services when they’re needed most. With both a walk-in clinic and a crisis stabilization unit, this expansion strengthens our commitment to ensuring individuals in the Clarksville community never have to face a mental health crisis alone.

At Centerstone, it’s the people who make the difference, wherever we are.
