Coastal Ridge recently welcomed Holli Beckman to the team as our Executive Director of Marketing. In her role, Holli will lead property marketing strategy focused on driving occupancy, improving efficiency, and supporting portfolio performance across multifamily assets. She will also oversee corporate marketing strategies, including leasing-focused initiatives and strategic projects that support the company’s long-term growth. Holli brings more than 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry, with a strong emphasis on data-informed strategy and operational alignment. Throughout her career, she has built and led high-performing marketing teams and partnered closely with property management and leasing teams to reduce customer acquisition costs and accelerate lease-ups. Kiara has been with Coastal Ridge for 3.5 years and started as a Lease-up Property Manager at Ascend RVA, located in Richmond, VA.
