Elia Zerbib | Software Engineering TL, Israel “Future Partners program by Young Business Leadership Organization empowers teenage girls by teaching them advanced tech skills, especially programming, alongside their core studies. The program promotes representation from a wide range of communities to foster greater diversity and inclusion in Israel’s tech industry. I’ve been volunteering in the program for 2 years, and I’m excited to continue next year as well. While we explore technical skills like app development, it becomes clear just how much talent, creativity, and determination these girls bring to the table. Witnessing their potential first-hand is both energizing and deeply inspiring. I end these sessions feeling like I’ve gained more than I gave.”
There’s something truly special about TUES – a school where young talent doesn’t just learn about tech, but lives it. Over the past year, we’ve been lucky to collaborate with TUES on several exciting initiatives. Most recently, we joined their production internship – giving them another meaningful encounter with the tech world. Cognyte mentors worked alongside 11th graders Valentin Yotov, Dimitar Kararizov, and Vasil Velev, guiding them through hands-on projects, teamwork, and the small (but meaningful) moments where knowledge turns into capability. A huge shoutout to our mentors from Cognyte Bulgaria - Nikola Dyulgerov, Ivan Dimitrov, and Slavcho Manzurov – you present great responsibility and pride in giving these young talents the tools that can shape not only their future, but the future we all share.
