AI is transforming how nations protect themselves and helping intelligence agencies analyze faster, predict smarter and see what human analysts miss. But here’s the flip side: the same tools are being turned against us. Deepfakes. Automated cyberattacks. Disinformation campaigns at scale. Bad actors are using AI to blur truth, manipulate and confuse. It’s a race to stay one step ahead. The story of AI in national security is one of both progress and risk. The focus now is on using it responsibly, to strengthen intelligence and stay ahead of threats. Read more about AI’s promise and peril in our latest blog:

Ștefan Arnăut | Customer Success Manager, Romania "Teaching kids in school as part of the Sparks program was a meaningful way to give back to the community. It was an opportunity to connect with younger generations and hopefully make a positive impact on their future by planting the seeds of curiosity💜."
Curiosity, questions, and digital safety came together in our latest SPARKS session for Cognyte kids in Romania. The grown-up Cognyters took the lead in an interactive session for the younger ones – our employees’ kids – exploring how to navigate technology thoughtfully through topics like the dark web, information security, fake news, online shopping, and more. For some volunteers, this session had extra meaning, as they had the chance to teach their own children 🙂. Thanks to everyone who made this day what it was – meaningful, fun, and full of sparks of curiosity – all in the spirit of building a safer world for the next generations. ✨SPARKS is our global educational program that brings real-world tech into the classroom, as part of our goal to make a safer world for the next generation.
