Championing AAM’s commitment to POWERing a future that is safer, greener and more sustainable, Changshu Manufacturing Complex – Plants 1 & 2 (CMC 1-2) in China recently hosted a weeklong sustainability event in support of AAM’s E4 Program and Earth Day in April. The initiative encouraged #TeamAAM to adopt eco-friendly habits like using renewable energy and reducing single-use plastics, with Associates tracking their efforts through daily check-ins over the week.

AAM's POWhER Associate Resource Group (ARG) hosted Pink Out days to raise awareness for breast cancer prevention and research. Our Detroit Campus sported pink shirts, learned detection tips and facts about Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and raised money for the Shades of Pink Foundation. In addition, our Royal Oak and Troy Manufacturing Facilities in Michigan also wore pink, shared important detection information and collected funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
