There’s a lot that goes in to leading the city and stadium design for 11 consecutive Super Bowls, but we’re always up for the challenge. This was a special year in Las Vegas, with a first-time city and venue combined with unprecedented interest from fans, brands and everyone in between. Here’s a final look at what goes in to the visual presentation of a Super Bowl, with some anticipation for what’s next in 2024 with the Men’s and Women’s Final Fours in April and the Paris Olympics this summer.

At GMR, we take pride in our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which provide belonging and work toward equity for people with shared needs, barriers and challenges. Blacklight, our ERG supporting Black StoryMakers, creates agency-wide resources for allies to support these StoryMakers and advance our inclusive environment. In 2023, those resources included a Black History Month Speaker Blitz, which brought forward individual StoryMakers who delivered and led authentic conversations around "Colorism and Beauty Bias in Marketing & Culture", "Storytelling heroes" and their impact on civil rights, and personal reflections on multiracial culture in America. To learn more about how our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion is tied to our larger vision of making unforgettable memories, check out our 2023 DEI Year in Review.
The NBA All-Star Game is in Indianapolis for the first time since 1985 (!) and for as much as the game on the court has changed since the days when Magic Johnson and Moses Malone were clocking the most minutes for the West and East teams, the league has changed so much more as a tech-first, innovative brand. Yesterday, our President & CEO Tyson Webber attended the annual NBA Tech Summit, where the people at the heart of the league's future discussed the role of AI in games, the evolution of fan experience, and so much more. Check out Tyson's takeaways.

Gameday at the world's biggest annual sporting event. The venue changes, the teams change (well, maybe not the Chiefs), but the anticipation and excitement of the hashtag#SuperBowl is always a 10 out of 10. For so many, attending this game is a once in a lifetime opportunity, and it is an honor for the NFL to trust us in building a stadium experience that fans never want to forget. Here's how Super Bowl LVIII looked through our eyes - now, it's time to starting thinking about February 9, 2025 in New Orleans.
When you spend most of the year working on the #SuperBowl, like we do at GMR, it's easy to forget the massive jolt of adrenaline that always hits the host city in the final few days before the game. Thursday was that day this year, as hundreds of thousands of fans arrived and began taking in the sights and sounds of a Las Vegas Strip we've helped transform from top to bottom. If you're in Vegas this weekend for the big game, be sure to stop by some of the photo-op worthy activations at and around Caesars Palace.
Transforming a hashtag#SuperBowl host city is a massive undertaking, one that GMR’s Experience Design team has been delivering for a decade. From the hotels to the airport to the venues that support week-long NFL events, we spends months immersing ourselves in a city’s culture to deliver feelings of joy, awe, and anticipation to millions of football fans descending on the city for the culmination of a great season. But at the core of it all is the stadium, where the game’s ultimate prize will be decided on Sunday, and this is our first time working on the incredible venue that is Las Vegas’s Allegiant Stadium. We’re so excited to show you around the gameday experience later this week, but for now, here’s a look at how we’ve wrapped the stadium to make the centerpiece of gameday standout on the Vegas backdrop all week long.
