Meet Sustainability Program Manager Amanda 👋 Amanda’s journey with Hydrite started as an engineering co-op in the summer of 2020. Her passion for environmental initiatives grew after being hired as a process engineer, which led her to her current role as Sustainability Program Manager. What Amanda values most about Hydrite is the support and flexibility she received while growing her career. “Hydrite gave me the opportunity to explore what I was interested in. I had one-on-one conversations with people across the company, and that exposure and strategic alignment with the company's goals helped me find my path.” Now Amanda plays a key role in driving sustainability efforts across Hydrite. “It’s exciting to see how different teams—engineering, finance, HR, commercial, and more—are embracing sustainability and recognizing how it impacts their work.
