From analysts to partners: our new leaders! At Integration, we began 2020 with some exciting plans. Although we are all experiencing the difficulties brought by the pandemic, Integration would like to announce some good news: the promotion of two new Partners, João Barros and Roger Saltiel. João and Roger have both spent most of their careers at Integration, based in our Brazilian operation whilst serving and developing solid relationships with clients in several countries. For Integration, it is an honor to count on them as new members of our global team of partners. The official invitation to become a partner was a surprise for them! A few partners and some family members were present at an intimate and special gathering. It was a moment that will remain in our memories forever, and one that we would like to share with you here! In June 2020 we celebrated our 25 years of experience in the consulting market. Since our foundation in 1995 we have worked on more than 2,795 projects, we serve more than 795 clients, we have 9 offices, operating in Germany, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, UK and USA, we delivered projects in 81 countries, with 1,236 professionals working during these 25 years. Today, our team is made up of 20 different nationalities. 25 years of lessons learned, achievements, mistakes, development, honors and conquests. 25 years trying to guide ourselves by our 7 Ethical Principles: respect, cooperation, dignity, simplicity, justice, honesty and truth in all our relationships. 25 years reinforcing the vocation of supporting companies to achieve their goals, helping them to design and implement their projects.
