As part of our International Women’s Day celebrations this week, Amy Cashman (Kantar, UK) hosted a live discussion panel on Women in STEM. We were lucky enough to be joined by three fantastic speakers: Dr Catherine Green (University of Oxford), Miki Demeter (Intel Corporation), and Natasha Green (AnitaB.org). This was a great session on how to encourage women, drive progression and what advice to give to ambitious women starting out in STEM. Another great event to mark race equality week at Kantar in the UK . Today’s learning session was all about how we can make the shift from not racist to anti-racist and the importance of continual learning and growth.
