In March, McCormick employees worldwide celebrated International Women's Day through various organized events. From France and Poland to China, check out some of the ways we activated this year in collaboration with our Women's International Network (WIN) 💪♀️ 1) APAC, the U.S., and McCormick UK: These regions organized meaningful in-person and virtual panel discussions, reflecting on lived experiences and lessons learned from designated employee speakers across multiple departments. 2) McCormick France: The team extended support to "Rendez vous des possibles", an initiative aimed at empowering young women organized by Capital Filles. 3) McCormick Poland: Through a unique walking tour around the city of Łódź, our team explored stories of influential women who shaped the city's history and progress. Plus, the Stefanowo office came together to raise money for Project Shoebox, a charity to support women in need at local shelters.
