Thanks to NJM's Tuition Assistance Program, Kayla completed her associate’s degree in Criminal Justice in May, 2025 and has decided to pursue her bachelor’s degree in Law & Legal Studies! She recently transferred from the Personal Lines department to General Claims where she now uses the analytical and problem-solving skills learned while earning her associates degree to investigate claims as a Property Damage Adjuster. Power. 🔹 Commercial Lines successfully continued its expansion by launching “ProQuote,” NJM’s new small business quoting portal for Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, BOP, and Umbrella policies along with introducing an enhanced Lead Share Program for Premier Agents. 🔹 NJM’s technology team successfully upgraded PolicyCenter and BillingCenter and transitioned our underlying data storage systems and infrastructure to newer versions. 🔹 Personal Lines implemented AgentSync to streamline the producer licensing processes, increase efficiency, and effectively navigate compliance concerns.
