In October #NokiaMalaysia celebrated Employee Day 2024 in the vibrant and culturally rich city of Melaka. We celebrated with over 200 participants, which is one of our biggest events in the country, ever. 🎉 On the first day, we took part in the Jonker Street Treasure Hunt during which #TeamNokia explored the city streets in a treasure hunt. We concluded the day with a talent show and dinner. On the second day, we engaged in cleaning the local beach. 🏖️ 🗑️ Thank you to everyone who participated in this event! 👏
#TeamNokia gathered in France, where StrongHER was founded, for a pivotal Strategy Meet led by our board members and supported by our executive sponsor, Nishant Batra. We recently hosted "FutureX with GenZ", a session that brought together students, professors, and #TeamNokia to talk about the future of telecommunications. From 5G and 6G to AI and cloud technologies, we discussed the innovations shaping the future of networks. 🛰️ Students got hands-on experience in our 5G lab and learned about career opportunities at Nokia. We are committed to encouraging the next generation of technology leaders.
Earlier this year, #NokiaPoland launched the #FocusOnMind initiative creating a large paper tree as a symbol of support. Soon, our symbolic tree was filled with kind words, advice, and supportive messages. Employees eagerly contributed notes that could brighten someone’s day or provide comfort in tough moments. ✨ The initiative also featured unique giveaways such as stickers, posters, small gifts, and business cards with mental health resources. Let’s continue to support one another. 🌼
Recently, #NokiaSwitzerland proudly took part in the Pink Ribbon Charity Walk 2024 at Letzigrund Stadium in Zurich, coming together to raise awareness and unite in the fight against breast cancer. 💖 #TeamNokia was represented by 14 participants, including Nokia employees and their families, who braved the rain for a 4 km walk through the city. 🌧️🚶♀️ Special thanks to everyone who donated 🙌
