Trinity Hall's senior student, Jacqueline, participated in the Trinity Hall: Beyond the Hall shadow program at OceanFirst Bank this Spring. Her experience included gaining insight into the business aspects of running a bank including accounting, treasury management, audit, compliance, credit, and human resources. The experience provided practical knowledge about critical skills to acquire for future success like innovation, time management, critical thinking, communication, and leadership.
OceanFirst Bank is excited to announce that Kathleen Regan has joined our team as a Senior Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager and Commercial Lender. With more than 35 years of experience, she will be responsible for providing value-added products and services to middle market companies in the OceanFirst footprint.
