From our Chairman & CEO, Christopher Maher: It was great to be in OceanFirst Bank’s hometown of Point Pleasant Beach today for the Monmouth-Ocean Development Council (MODC) luncheon. Appreciate all who attended and listened to my comments about the importance of for-profit and non-profit organization relationships in our communities. Thank you to the OceanFirst bankers, OceanFirst Foundation staff, OceanFirst Bank Advisory Board members and old and new friends of OceanFirst who came out for great networking and camaraderie. Grateful for the opportunity to share my personal experiences volunteering and highlight our talented bankers, the WaveMakers, who volunteer thousands of hours every year to help our neighbors in need---thank you MODC for inviting me.
We asked some of our employees to describe what #internationalwomensday means to them in one word. Check out what they said. Thank you to all the women working at OceanFirst for your hard work and dedication today and every day!
