At PulteGroup, building strong communities goes beyond the homes we create. It’s about investing in the people and places that make those communities thrive. Recently, employees from the PulteGroup Illinois Division spent the day volunteering with the Fox Valley Park District, helping beautify and maintain community spaces enjoyed by local residents and homeowners alike. The day also served as a meaningful reminder of the impact community involvement can have by strengthening local connections, supporting shared spaces, and giving back through teamwork and service. PulteGroup is proud to continue creating opportunities for employees to stay engaged, make a positive impact, and support the communities we proudly serve.
Honoring Pride Month: Reflecting, Celebrating, and Continuing the Work Each June, Pride Month invites us to recognize the history, resilience, and contributions of the LGBTQ+ community—while also recommitting to the work still ahead. At PulteGroup, inclusion isn’t just something we talk about—it’s something we practice in how we lead, collaborate, and support one another every day. ✨ How we bring that commitment to life: • We equip our leaders and teams with tools and training that encourage thoughtful, inclusive decision-making across the organization • Through our Business Resource Group, PEACE (People Embracing and Advocating for Cultural Equity), we create meaningful opportunities for open, honest dialogue that builds connection and trust • We stay grounded in our value of Doing the Right Thing—fostering an environment where every individual feels respected, supported, and free to be themselves As we celebrate Pride, we remain focused on cultivating a workplace where differences are embraced and everyone has the opportunity to succeed and belong. Let’s continue to listen, learn, and lead with intention—this month and every month. Together, we can build a culture where authenticity is celebrated, voices are valued, and everyone truly belongs.
At PulteGroup, we believe our impact goes beyond the homes we build. It’s about investing in the communities where we live and work. That’s why we’re so proud to support initiatives like Lemonade Day with the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Houston. Over three incredible days, our team partnered with students to bring their business ideas to life — from planning and budgeting, to rolling up our sleeves on build day, to celebrating their success on sale day. Seeing these young entrepreneurs gain confidence, learn teamwork, and take pride in something they created from the ground up perfectly reflects what we strive for every day with our own employees. Huge thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and talents to make this experience so meaningful. We truly appreciate the continued partnership with the Boys & Girls Club.

What might the future of energy and data infrastructure in homebuilding look like? PulteGroup’s Procurement team is thoughtfully exploring emerging technologies to better understand what could come next. As part of this effort, we’re evaluating SPAN XFRA technology through a small, early‑stage pilot to learn how it performs in a residential setting and explore potential future applications. There are no plans for broader deployment at this time—our focus is on learning, evaluation, and understanding what could make sense for the future of homebuilding at PulteGroup.
At PulteGroup, giving back is part of who we are—and 2025 was an incredible year of impact! Through the PulteGroup Charitable Foundation, our employees, teams, and partners came together to donate more than $2.5 million, supporting 450+ nonprofit and community partners across the country. We also awarded $27,000 through the Employee Assistance Fund, helping team members navigate unexpected challenges, and generated $359,000 through Matching Gifts. Guided by our three pillars—Supporting Active Military, Meeting Housing Needs, and Educating the Next Generation of Homebuilders—our people volunteered, served, and invested in the communities where we live and work.
This week, we’re recognizing Construction Safety Week—a commitment that’s built into our work every single day at PulteGroup. We go beyond standard safety protocols to protect our most important asset: our people and our trade partners. One example is our curb to curb hard hat policy, which means anyone on a jobsite is expected to wear a hard hat until they cross the curb again. We also follow rigorous, Pulte specific safety checklists as part of our Pulte Construction Standards, designed to set a higher bar for jobsite safety. Today, we pause our normal operations to recognize and honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. His legacy continues to inspire us through his unwavering commitment to civility, equality, and justice for all. Last Thursday, employees from across the country joined a live-streamed conversation with Tom Houck—civil rights activist and former driver for Dr. King. Hearing Tom’s firsthand stories, from personal anecdotes to pivotal moments in the movement, offered a rare glimpse into the “unseen scenes” of who Dr. King was as both a leader and a human being. His reflections reminded us that history is not distant—sometimes, it lives among us. As a company, one of our core values is Do the right thing, a principle Dr. King modeled with extraordinary courage and clarity. Today, we honor his life by continuing to strive toward that ideal in the work we do and the way we show up for each other and our communities.
