At the Quick Quack Car Wash, learning, teamwork, and community come to life when we bring our Operations Leaders together for our annual Operations Summit. This March, we spent three incredible days in Los Angeles connecting, sharing ideas, and diving into what it means to be Fast, Clean, Loved…Everywhere. It was more than meetings. It was about building leaders, strengthening teams, and having a lot of fun along the way! Throughout the summit, our leaders challenged each other, shared real experiences from the field, and spent time getting better at the most important part of the job: leading people. One of the biggest takeaways was the reminder that no team succeeds alone. From HR to Marketing to Operations, every department plays a role in supporting our frontline teams. The summit gave leaders time to align, collaborate, and see the bigger picture of how everything works together. When our leaders return to their sites, they don’t just bring new ideas; they bring stronger connections, clearer direction, and new energy for their teams. At the end of the day, what we do is simple: We Wash Cars. It’s how we do it: with energy, leadership, and pride that makes it special!
