We’ve done it again: R.E. Warner has been named a Northeast Ohio Top Workplace for the FOURTH year in a row! This recognition celebrates Cleveland-area employers that foster strong, people-focused cultures and offer meaningful, high-quality workplace experiences. What makes this award especially significant is that it’s based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential, third-party survey. It also reflects our ongoing commitment to cultivating a culture where people feel valued, supported, and empowered—core values here at R.E. Warner. REW ranked #18 among the 57 organizations in the Midsize Company category—and was the highest-ranked midsize engineering firm on the list—making this a truly remarkable honor. Thank you to everyone at R.E. Warner for helping build an award-winning workplace!
In 2025, out of over 40,000 organizations invited to participate in the Top Workplaces program, only 742 were named winners of the Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Award for Compensation & Benefits. We are pleased to announce that R.E. Warner has won a 2025 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Award for Compensation & Benefits — our first national award! Click here to see the winners list: https://topworkplaces.com/award/compensation-benefits/2025/150-499/?page=19 Falling under the umbrella of the Top Workplaces program, this award is one of several Culture Excellence Awards celebrating exceptional performance on specific metrics. The Compensation & Benefits Award recognizes organizations that provide packages their employees believe are fair and competitive. All Top Workplaces awards are based solely on employee feedback gathered through a research-backed, third-party survey administered by Energage LLC. Compensation & Benefits Award winners are determined based on employee responses to questions examining whether they believe their compensation and benefits are commensurate with their contributions and competitive within their field. Also considered is data indicating whether employees feel appreciated beyond material rewards. REW was also named among the Top Workplaces in Northeast Ohio in 2022, 2023, and 2024 as part of the regional Top Workplaces program.

We officially moved into our new headquarters at Great Northern Corporate Center in September of 2024! The abundance of natural light, collaborative meeting areas, and gorgeous new cafeteria with tons of amenities have been huge hits with the team. We are thrilled to be able to offer our team a modern office space with room to grow. As we continue to settle in, we were proud to welcome Congressman Max Miller, who represents Ohio's Seventh District, for a tour along with North Olmsted Mayor Nicole Dailey Jones and Economic Development Director Max Upton.
