Our employee resource group, RiverWIN Chicago, concluded Women’s History Month with a panel discussion centered around this month’s theme: “Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.” During this discussion, our leaders and colleagues shared personal experiences highlighting the impact of diversity and inclusion efforts on their careers. We also heard from our male colleagues who actively support and promote inclusion in the workplace. The discussion focused on tangible actions to engage all colleagues and foster a more inclusive workplace. These ongoing conversations are crucial for understanding our employee’s experiences and ensuring they are part of the discussion on how we can collectively create the best possible culture.
As we wrap up Black History Month, we’d like to recognize our team in Dallas. The Dallas team came together to support EMPOWERING THE MASSES, a local nonprofit dedicated to empowering communities.
