Our Atlanta Employee Club turned their break room into a book fair to round out Women’s History Month. The woman-owned bookstore, Little Shop of Stories, spotlighted books by female authors, children’s stories that empower young girls, readings on women’s studies, and many more! The event, orchestrated by Senior Project Manager Katie Pedersen's daughter who works at the local gem, was a best-selling success! With an epilogue of 55 books sold and a donation to each employee courtesy of the company, we are fostering many more chapters of continuous learning and inclusivity. #WomensHistoryMonth #SSOEsoutheast

Making STEM enthusiasm soar! Our Columbia, South Carolina office’s Employee Club joined forces with United Way of the Midlands to bolster STEM interests in our local elementary schools. We procured 420 kite kits for use during field days and STEM nights to help kids get swept up in engineering activities. Our team even hand-delivered the kites, walking nearly a mile to the United Way’s offices. We recently launched our STEM involvement with United Way of the Midlands, and this was actually our second activity so far. Our first occurred earlier in the month when Architect Randall Holmes volunteered at Jackson Creek Elementary’s Curriculum Night. #SSOEsoutheast #chooseSSOE

This year, we celebrate significant growth with the expansion of our Mumbai office—an accommodating space designed for 100 additional employees. But it’s not just about physical growth; we’re also expanding our services and skills by introducing cutting-edge AI technology to India as we continue to actively engage with our local team members, nurturing their aspirations within our dynamic firm to foster their professional growth. #SSOEindia #chooseSSOE
