We’re excited to announce the launch of "Unidos", The Nature Conservancy’s newest Employee Resource Group (ERG), created to support and celebrate the vibrant and diverse Latin community at TNC. Latin cultures are rich in history, identities, races, and languages — where Spanish and Portuguese are often spoken before English. “Unidos” was founded to uplift Latin voices across TNC, ensuring our staff feel fully seen, heard, and included.

Recently, 200+ marketing colleagues from around the globe met at our headquarters location to focus on team building and planning for the next year! The event was packed with insightful trainings and strategy sessions on media relations, marketing analytics, project management, and storytelling on Indigenous-led conservation. Here is a lovely photo of our MN/ND/SD and Great Plains teams, who were energized by the potential of what we can achieve together. We love when our employees come together for events to have that connection and foster collaboration. It's moments like these that remind us of the power of teamwork and the exciting future we are building together. #TeamBuilding #MarketingExcellence #Storytelling
