We love celebrating the amazing things our team achieves! From big milestones to personal victories, we’re proud to share the success stories that make a difference. In October last year Sophie, based in Kensington, climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro as part of a team of nine in support of The Burnt Chef Project. Together, they raised £25,000, contributing to vital mental health support for those working in the hospitality industry. “It was one of the hardest but most fulfilling things I've done that pushed me both physically and mentally. It was a great adventure and I've made some amazing new friends.”

Trailfinders is thrilled to celebrate the success of our apprenticeship scheme which has achieved a 100% pass rate since it launched in 2023. Many apprentices gone on to work in the Product department, Marketing, Sales management and we even have an ex apprentice training the apprentices of the future.
