Boot Barn is stepping into a bold new chapter with the unveiling of its new corporate headquarters in Irvine, CA. This 118,000 SF space brings together the brand’s Western heritage with a refined, modern edge, featuring natural wood finishes, exposed steel details, and a layout designed to enhance collaboration. Our team provided architect of record services for a design that balances rugged authenticity with elevated simplicity, creating a warm and inviting environment that celebrates Boot Barn’s identity. The branding of the space truly aligns with the lifestyle brand that Boot Barn conveys. At the heart of the building stands a dramatic four-story indoor waterfall, setting the tone for a journey through distinct environments. Each floor offers a unique experience: the saloon-inspired Leather floor exudes rustic luxury, the Iron floor introduces sleek industrial energy, and the Timber retreat provides a calming, treetop-inspired escape. Our San Diego team provided architectural and interior design services for Neighborhood Healthcare’s new dental clinic in Escondido, CA. We facilitated full coordination and planning of all dental equipment, ensuring optimal workflow, compliance, and integration with the clinic’s operational needs. Our team's design included 16 operatories (6 for specialty procedures), a Panoramic imaging room, and specialized support areas. The space reflects Neighborhood Healthcare’s branding and promotes a welcoming, efficient environment for patients of all ages.
