Last month we hosted the UNCW x nCino Sales Showdown, bringing students from the Cameron School of Business at UNC Wilmington onsite for a full day of real-world sales competition. 🏆 Students competed across three rounds: cold calls, discovery calls, and a live final presentation. One student walked away with a cash prize, but every competitor left with something that can't be quantified: real experience in a real environment. With our headquarters in Wilmington, N.C., investing in the talent growing right here in our community is something we take seriously, and we’re proud to provide opportunities to educate and connect with early-career professionals. Thank you to everyone who made this competition possible!
This International Womens Day, our Women nTech employee resource group brought together some of nCino's most inspiring female leaders for an honest conversation about their personal journeys, careers, and what keeps them connected to the community they've helped build. From all around the world, we were proud to see the women of nCino coming together to support and celebrate one another. We hope everyone took time this weekend to celebrate the incredible women in their lives, too. 💟
We’re celebrating five incredible years as a public company on Nasdaq! 🔔🎊 When we rang the opening bell in 2020, our mission then was clear: transforming financial services through innovation, reputation, and speed. We're proud to partner with University of North Carolina Wilmington Athletics to support Seahawk sports and the students who represent some of the best of our community in Wilmington! 🦅💙 This partnership enables our Wilmington-based employees to cheer on the Seahawks at home events, but beyond the game, it allows us to invest in student innovation and engage with the next generation of talent. We're excited to connect with students who exemplify teamwork and leadership—values that align with our commitment to local excellence. Interested in joining our team? Women nTech sipped, shopped, and supported a great cause this October 🛍️🥂 The Employee Resource Group hosted their annual Sip n Shop event benefiting the Domestic Violence Shelter of Wilmington, where employees brought in their gently used clothing, bags, and shoes, then shopped the collection together. They raised $5,000 for the shelter, proving that small acts (like cleaning out your closet) can create meaningful change.
