Administrative Assistant - with Tadbeer experience

• Carrying administrative and secretarial duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.
• Prepares and updates reports related to Domestic Workers.
• Taking notes and minutes in meetings if required.
• Provide information to internal colleagues or external enquirers in relation to Domestic Workers.
• Maintain and update ERP systems related to Domestic Workers to make them more efficient.
• Receiving, sorting and preparing contracts for all domestic workers.
• Photocopying, printing and scanning out contracts and documents related to domestic workers
• Taking attendance for all domestic workers.
• Point of contact of all domestic workers for any office support.
• Provide support to all domestic workers in relation to problems related to domestic abuse, complaints and grievances.
