About the Company

Venad Finances and Business Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing NBFC, is expanding its operations across Central and South Kerala with plans to open 50 new branches. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead branch expansion, gold loan operations, and deposit mobilisation activities across the region.

Position:Zonal HeadJob Summary

The Zonal Head will be responsible for leading large-scale branch expansion, driving gold loan business growth, and aggressively mobilising deposits across the assigned zone. The role requires a dynamic leader with strong experience in NBFC / Banking operations, capable of managing multiple branches, achieving business targets, and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch expansion activities across Central & South Kerala
• Handle end-to-end operations of multiple branches within the zone
• Drive gold loan business growth and ensure portfolio quality
• Lead aggressive deposit mobilisation initiatives (FD/RD)
• Achieve assigned business, revenue, and profitability targets
• Recruit, train, and monitor Branch Managers and field teams
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal operational standards
• Build strong customer and business relationships within the market
• Monitor branch productivity, audits, collections, and operational efficiency

Educational Qualification

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Banking, or related field from a recognised university
• Additional certifications in Banking, Finance, or NBFC Operations will be an added advantage

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in NBFC / Banking / Gold Loan sector
• Must have experience in managerial roles such as:
• Regional Manager
• Zonal Manager
• Area Head
• Business Head

Proven track record in:

• Branch expansion
• Gold loan operations
• Deposit mobilisation
• Team handling & business growth
• Strong leadership, business development, and operational management skills

Salary

₹75,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month
(Based on experience, performance, and current profile)
