Role Summary

The Branch Head is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, business growth, profitability, customer service, and team management of a branch office. The role ensures achievement of sales targets, operational efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

• Achieve branch revenue and profitability targets
• Drive sales of products/services
• Develop local market strategies to increase customer base
• Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Operations Management

• Oversee daily branch operations
• Ensure smooth workflow and service delivery
• Monitor branch performance metrics and reports
• Manage branch budgets and expenses

Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and motivate branch staff
• Set performance goals and conduct appraisals
• Ensure proper staffing and productivity
• Foster a positive work environment

Customer Relationship Management

• Handle customer escalations and complaints
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
• Ensure quality service delivery

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain operational and financial controls
• Conduct audits and compliance checks
