Basic Information

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and concepts.
• Customize and adapt pre-designed templates to create graphics for social media, email campaigns, banners.
• Design visual elements images, and illustrations using graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Work within established brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all deliverables
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs or Receive and implement feedback to refine and improve designs in a timely manner.
• Organize and maintain a centralized library of templates, ensuring files are properly named, version-controlled, and easy for the team to access.
• Work closely with senior designers to modify templates for unique projects or campaigns requiring tailored adjustments or collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams to conceptualise and execute design requirements.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining a balance between speed and attention to detail.
• Adapt templates for multiple formats, including resizing and optimizing for mobile, web, and print.

Basic Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience) or up to three years of experience as a Junior Designer.
• Experience in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience working with design templates and adapting them for various purposes.
• Basic understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently within deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously
